Cardio the best Exercise?

Beat the sedentary lifestyle by helping your heart with cardio and start jogging a mile or more at least two times a week.

I feel if you want to work out proper you have to run.   Jogging helps your heart and improves your blood pressure.  The cardio benefits are high and all you have to do Is jog a mile a day. There are loads of other benefits and the kicker is it doesn’t cost you a dime.  

If your knees are in good shape, I say go for it.  Jogging is hard initially, but your lungs and muscles improve with repetition.  The key to running longer distances is that of being well hydrated.  This means drink a lot of water before you head out.  I found you feel better and can jog farther.

I started jogging about a mile a day.   I jog almost two miles now and always know I am O.K. when I turn around and make the jog back.

The exercise not only helped my physical body but also my mental.  I feel happier in a better state of mind after I jog.  If I jog in the morning residual effects last throughout the day.  I feel well and engaged.

If you don’t know how to get started, you just do it.  After your first few steps you are in it till you can’t and you shouldn’t stop.  Try hard to make it to the turn around.  On the way back it gets easier, just look towards the finish.

Make sure you have some quality running shores and athletic clothes.

Once you start running you might want to do it every day or six days a week.  With work you will enjoy the process of exercise.  Your air will get better and your muscles will get stronger.  After a week or two try jogging further.

You can map out the distance by driving it and putting your trip odometer in your car to zero.  Once you drive ½  the distance lock in the point you need to turn around.

With this type of exercise(cardio) you know you are doing right by your body.  You really can rest easy that you are taking care of your heart.  Especially if you are over forty.

Not only will the you get healthy, you will gain self-esteem.  You will feel better about yourself.
